A little bit about Chris Saizan…

As a resident of Sacramento for 26 years and counting, Chris Saizan can say Real Estate has been in his blood his entire life. Chris’s mother is a big reason why he has chosen to work in Real Estate, as she has been a top producing Realtor for over 20 years, primarily working in Elk Grove, CA. She was the 2007 President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and today they work at the same company, Keller Williams Realty. Chris started his Real Estate career in the mortgage business at the age of 19 and decided to get his Real Estate license at the age of 22. Chris worked as his mother’s buyers agent from 2005-2008 and learned a lot about working with investors, first time buyers and how to write solid offers and negotiate any and every deal that came his way. In August of 2008, Chris decided to go out on his own and establish a name in the Sacramento community as the “Local Realtor of Choice”. Chris has a business partner, Yuri Ramirez who is bilingual and together “we are committed to saving 100 homeowners from foreclosure over the next 2 years. We can do this becasue we are experienced in dealing with the banks." Additionally, Chris’s focus over the next 2-4 years is to help as many homeowners as possible that are having a hard time making their monthly payments and homeowners that need to sell their home but are upside down in equity.

Buying or selling a home can be a bumpy roller coaster ride, and Chris’s commitment and passion for his clients shows his main service goal is to make the buying and selling process a smooth and enjoyable ride. The most common feedback Chris gets from his clients is that “not only did I hold their hand through the entire process, but I made them laugh or smile while doing so”. Chris feels what separates him from other agents is “my personality and my ability to connect with each individual on a personal level.”

Chris has won the Masters Club Award in 2008 and is an honorary member, for being in the top 5% of production for Sacramento County. Chris has a vast network of business professionals that he can refer you to, as he is President of the Sacramento Mid-Town BNI, a local business networking organization. He's proud of what his sucessful relationships have done for local businesses "as we have generated over $200,000 in revenue for each other in 2009.”
