What is Masters Club?
It is an honorary club of members that consist of 6.79% of SAR Membership (2007). Eligibility is based upon production from the previous 12 month period starting each January. Current qualifying criteria for 2008 Masters Club Membership is 3 million in production (the sales price of the homes sold) AND 8 closed transaction ends OR 30 closed ends. Life Member is the designation pertaining to a Member who has achieved club criteria in any five out of seven consecutive years and has paid the current year's dues.

The purpose of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club is to support the Sacramento Association in providing additional programs and services that enhance the competency, professionalism and productivity of its Members, and to recognize the achievements of top REALTORS® who apply for membership and who have earned a level of excellence in real estate sales. Masters Club supports charitable groups as decided by the Charity Review Committee for eligibility as local, non-profit organizations seeking assistance to strengthen and to stabilize neighborhoods through programs and services for youth and/or adults.
