My name is Chris Saizan. I have lived in the Sacramento area for 26 years, virtually my entire life. From the moment I was born, I knew I was meant to be a realtor. At the age of 19 I started on my real estate career path by working in the mortgage business and at the age of 22 earning my real estate license.

I have had many influences in my career but my mother has been my single largest inspiration. Everything I have learnt about real estate has come from her. She has been a top producing realtor for over 20 years working in Elk Grove, California. Not only is she a distinguished real estate broker with many accomplishments but one of her most prized is her previous presidency of the Sacramento Association of Realtors.

In 2005 I left the mortgage business to work as my Mother’s buyers agent and then in 2008 I felt it was time for me to do it myself and go out on my own. I wanted to establish a name of my own in the Sacramento community as the “Local Realtor of Choice”. I made the Masters Club in 2008 and have won the award every year since! I am an honorary member for being in the top 10% of production for Sacramento County. My goals for the next two to four years are: to save 100 homeowners from foreclosure, help homeowners who are having trouble paying their monthly payments and help homeowners that need to sell their homes but are in the whirlwind of equity.

Purchasing or selling a home can be very frustrating and confusing. I promise you to make this as easy as possible, walk with you step by step and answer any and all questions honestly and truthfully with your best intentions always at the forefront of any advice. A lot of my clients have thanked me for holding their hand thru the process and I even made them laugh while doing it. I will connect with you on a personal level and treat you with the respect you deserve.

As former President of the Mid-Town BNI chapter, a local business network organization, I have made many successful relationships with local businesses and can refer you to anyone that can be of service. I am proud to be part of such a wonderful organization that looks out for one another.
